About Heather

Their children attend Central Bucks Schools where Heather has been an active volunteer for over 7 years. As an active school and community volunteer, Heather has served on the board of iRun4Life, as Chair of the Gives Back Grant, and as a DAA Boys Basketball Coach.
In 2022, she co-founded the Stand Up For Justice Educator Grant, awarded to innovative educators known to be transformative, impactful, and caring, while striving to combat bigotry and bullying in their community and cultivating a culture of respect for differences amongst students.
Heather has a BA in Communications from the University of Rhode Island, and has spent nearly 20 years in media and advertising sales before pivoting to a career that allows her to help people achieve their goals through health and wellness. In 2014, Heather made the leap to leave her career in advertising and follow her passion to be a certified personal trainer in 2014. Since then she has been leading classes at Orangetheory Fitness, empowering and inspiring others to be the best version of themselves. In 2020 she started her own business, Stronger Not Smaller, LLC. to provide a way for people to achieve their goals during those challenging times.
As a parent and former small business owner, she understands just how much school policies affect our community, our taxes, and our families. She is a passionate leader, empathic listener, and utilizes integrity while making decisions that impact her community. She is a fearless advocate.
